We offer a large variety of adult classes in several martial arts such as Tae Kwon Do, Karate, Judo, Jujitsu, Aikido, Iaido, and Kobudo. Many people believe that I order to learn the Martial Arts you must start as a child.  This is very incorrect.  Obviously, starting to learn anything when you are young has it’s benefits, but you can start training in Martial Arts at any age.   Traditional Martial Arts is really designed for adults.  It has been redesigned to benefit young children.  We even have students that start in their 50’s, 60’s, and 70’s that go on to become fantastic Black Belts.   We have lawyers, doctors, teachers, police officers, housewives, etc. that find Martial Arts classes to be a great addition to their lifestyle.

Also, every adult, man or woman needs to know how to protect themselves and their family.   Some of our best students have been parents that have watched their child in class, then decided to join the program themselves.

And don’t let physical limitations stop you!  Bad knees, bad back, overweight, out of shape, it doesn’t matter.  Each person is an individual and progresses at their own pace.  Any limitations, we simply work around them, so that anyone can enjoy what the Martial Arts can do for them.
